We're committed to your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your custom magnets, we'll make it right with a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery.
How to Return an Order
Contact Us
Email us at returns@magnetico.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Get Authorization
We'll provide you with a returns authorization number and instructions.
Send It Back
Package your items securely and send them back to us using tracked delivery.
Get Your Refund
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 working days.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused and in original condition
- Custom-designed items can be returned if there's a quality issue
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it free of charge or provide a full refund.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
